9. In case of losing the SIM-card, the subscriber should contact the company's information service at 411 or the A1 sales centers to disconnect the Personal Account.

10. The company has the right to restrict the access of the subscriber / administrator / supervisor to the Personal Account if there is reason to believe that the subscriber / administrator / supervisor commits an offense causing damage to the company or third parties.
