It has a chic and large screen, but it is still convenient to use even with one hand, made of high-quality materials and has enough performance for all tasks set in front of it. By minuses, I will take it, perhaps a weak video chip that does not cope with Full HD in games and only in games, and even then in very rare cases, as well as a low-tank battery for such a screen. At international mobile exhibition WORLD CONGRESS (MWC) in 2013, Alcatel company producing products under the TCL Communication brand introduced two original smartphones: Alcatel One. Touch Idol and Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra. The originality is that they have a very thin case and a small weight. As for the technical characteristics, they, from my point of view, this moment quite ordinary: equipped with a dual-core processor and a MediaTek MT6577 chipset, on board the IDOL and Idol Ultra one gigabyte random access memory; In both devices, 8 MP cameras and two microphones. The essential difference is that the Ultra screen is made using SuperamOLLED technology and the resolution is 720x1280 points (HD), and in the simplified version - IPS and the screen resolution of 540x960 points (QHD).
The cost of the devices is already known. Smartphone Alcatel Idol will be sold for 10,000 rubles, Alcatel Idol Ultra for 13,000 rubles. We will go on sale at the end of the first quarter of this year.
