The main goal of development domestic system school education is defined as the formation of a personality, ready for active creative self-realization in the space of universal human culture. Physical culture, like any other subject included in the Basic Curriculum, is also focused on achieving this goal. In turn, specificthe goal of school physical education is the formation of a versatile physically developed personality, capable of actively using the values ​​of physical culture to strengthen and maintain their own health for a long time, optimize labor activity and organize active recreation.

The educational process of the subject "Physical culture" in the basic school is aimed at solving the following problems:

promoting harmonious physical development, strengthening the skills of correct posture, developing the body's resistance to adverse environmental conditions, fostering value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle and personal hygiene habits;

teaching the basics of basic types of motor actions;

further development coordination (orientation in space, reorganization of motor actions, speed and accuracy of response to signals, coordination of movements, rhythm, balance, accuracy of reproduction and differentiation of the main parameters of movements) and conditioning abilities (speed-power, speed, endurance, strength and flexibility);

the formation of the foundations of knowledge about personal hygiene, about the influence of physical exercises on the basic systems of the body, the development of volitional and moral qualities;

the development of ideas about the physical culture of a person and methods of self-control;

deepening the understanding of the main sports, competitions, shells and equipment, observing safety rules during classes, providing first aid in case of injuries;

"Physical culture" in the 9th grade is studied at the rate of 3 hours a week: 102 hours a year. The third hour for teaching the subject "Physical culture" was introduced by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of August 30, 2010 No. 889. This physical education work program for Grade 11 compiled by Eremenko Marina Grigorievna, a teacher of physical education of the municipal budgetary general educational organization of the secondary school No. 1 named after Semyon Sobol in the city of Yeysk, the municipal formation of the Yeisk district. The physical culture work program is based on the federal component state standard secondary general education, and author's program educational institutions. The subject "Physical culture" is included in the educational area "Physical culture". The study of physical culture at the basic level of secondary general education is aimed at achieving the following

goals:

Development of physical qualities and abilities, strengthening individual health, improving the functional capabilities of the body;

Fostering a respectful attitude to one's own health, the need for physical culture and health and sports and health

activities;

Solving the problems of physical education, the teacher needs to focus his activities on the education of value orientations on the physical and spiritual improvement of the personality, the formation of students' needs and motives for systematic physical exercises, the upbringing of moral and volitional qualities, the formation of humanistic relations, the acquisition of communication experience. Schoolchildren need to be taught the ways of creative application of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities to maintain the height of the level of physical and mental performance, health status, and independent studies.

The content of the program material consists of two main parts: basic and variable (differentiated). Mastering the basic foundations of physical culture is objectively necessary and obligatory for every student. Without a basic component, successful adaptation to life in human society and effective implementation of labor activity are impossible. The basic component forms the basis of the national standard of general education in the field of physical culture and does not depend on the regional, national and individual characteristics of the student.

The variable (differentiated) part of physical culture is due to the need to take into account the regional characteristics of the work of schools in the Krasnodar Territory:

1. Hours from the section "Ski training" in the amount of 18 hours were transferred to the study of the section "Sports games".
