At this age, they are aimed at developing creativity, imagination, attention, fostering initiative, independence of action, developing the ability to comply with the rules of public order. At this age, the foundations are laid play activities , aimed at improving, first of all, natural movements (walking, running, jumping, throwing), elementary game skills (catching the ball, passing, throwing, hitting the ball) and technical and tactical interactions (choosing a place, interaction with a partner, a team and an opponent) , necessary for the further mastery of sports games in middle and senior classes. As a result of training, students should become familiar with many games, which will allow them to develop an interest in play activities, the ability to independently select and spend them with friends in their free time. The program material on outdoor games is grouped according to their predominant effect on the corresponding motor abilities and skills. After mastering the basic version of the game, it is recommended to vary the conditions of the game, the number of participants, the inventory, the time of the game, etc. The system of exercises with large and small balls constitutes a kind of ball school. It is very important that every primary school student masters this school. It is recommended to perform movements with the ball in approximately equal proportions for both arms and legs. II. Gymnastics with elements of acrobatics Gymnastic exercises are one of the main parts of the content of physical education lessons, physical culture and health-improving activities during the school day, extracurricular activities and independent studies. III. Track and field exercises. Running, jumping and throwing, being natural types of movements, occupy one of the main places in the physical education of primary schoolchildren. Using these exercises, the teacher solves two problems. First, it promotes the development of the basics of rational movement technique required in middle and high school. Secondly, it enriches the child's motor experience by using all kinds of exercise options and changing the conditions for their implementation. As a result of mastering this section of the program, students acquire the basics of running for short and long distances, long and high jumps from a place and with a run, throwing at a target and at a distance. Theoretical and technological foundations for drawing up health-improving programs for physical culture

1.1. General approaches to the development of EP

(S. Sh. Namozova)

The most important principle of the system of physical education and sports training is health-improving orientation. Its essence lies in the fact that in modern society, physical culture and sports should promote health improvement, the formation of a versatile and harmoniously developed citizen of Russia, adapted to the environment and society. As for human health, according to the interpretation of the World Health Organization, it is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not just the absence of diseases or physical defects. It is known that human health depends 10-15% on medicine, 15-20% on genetic factors, 20-25% on the state of the environment and 50-55% on lifestyle. Thus, a healthy lifestyle is the leading factor in a person's health. At the same time, physical exercise as the main means of PK and C is the most important component of a healthy lifestyle. Their contribution to the maintenance and strengthening of human health increases, provided they are health-improving. If a person does not regularly exercise, this significantly affects health and, accordingly, the level of dependence on heredity, medicine and ecology increases. It is clear that the key to solving the problem of health promotion is in the hands of a person, and he will be able to manage it, provided that physical training takes its rightful place in his life.

Recreational physical culture is an effective means of the formation, development and socialization of a personality, its successful socio-biological adaptation to new changing conditions, including environmental, industrial and educational. There is an opinion that in our time physical activity has decreased 100 times compared to previous centuries, which is why completely new diseases have arisen - “diseases of civilization”. Therefore, in modern conditions, the importance of physical culture as a means of improving people's health has increased. Its positive effect on human health is possible if the following rules are observed:

- to use only scientifically grounded means and methods of physical education¸ having a high health-improving value;

- to choose the volume and intensity of physical activity adequate to the abilities of the trainees;

- to accompany the lessons of health-improving physical exercises with regular medical-pedagogical and constant independent control.

The implementation of OP according to FC and S contributes to:

- increasing the functional capabilities of the body and human psyche;

- disease prevention;

- optimization of the mode of physical activity;

- reduction of fatigue;

- individualization of health related training loads;

- the use of physical exercise in the fight against bad habits;

- familiarizing people of different ages, sex and health status, including disabled people, to active physical culture and health-improving activities;

- the use of physical activity as an important component of a healthy lifestyle;

- development of professionally important physical qualities;

- increasing efficiency;

- better adaptation of a person to living conditions, including work.

Students are the most socially active and mobile group of the population, which largely determines the development strategy and the future of the state. Modern education is associated with high psychoemotional stress and intellectual stress, intensification of educational activities, increased requirements for the quality of theoretical training of students. All this leads to a decrease in the physical activity of students: the capabilities of the body, adaptive potential, performance indicators, increased fatigue. An irrational study regime is accompanied by static muscle loads prevailing in the student's daily life. During their studies at the university, the health of students deteriorates: for example, in the second year, the incidence increases by 23%, and in the final year - by 43%. In some universities, the number of students in a special medical group reaches 60%. The problem of a decrease in the working capacity and functional capabilities of the body in conditions of an increase in the training load is of great concern. In this regard, the role of physical culture as an effective factor in the health preservation of a young person increases sharply. And here one cannot do only with physical education lessons - they can satisfy only 25–30% of students' daily needs for physical activity, therefore, other forms of physical culture lessons are very important for students. At the same time, training sessions and other forms of physical culture and sports activity should be health-improving.

Their orientation is associated with the provision of the necessary physical activity, the achievement and maintenance of the optimal level of physical and functional readiness during the training period; the acquisition of personal experience of improvement and correction of individual physical development, functional and motor capabilities; with the development of vital and professionally necessary skills, psychophysical qualities.

The means of the practical section of classes on the academic discipline "Physical culture" in the work program of the department of physical education are determined in each university independently.

Compulsory types of physical exercises for inclusion in the work program for physical culture are: certain disciplines of athletics (running 100 m - men, women; running 2000 m - women; running 3000 m - men), swimming, sports games, cross-country skiing, professional exercises -applied physical training (PPFP).

The means of PPAF, selected in accordance with the tasks of the PPAF of future specialists, include specially targeted physical exercises, natural factors of nature, hygienic factors.

The selection of exercises in practical classes should provide for the improvement of previously studied and training in new motor actions (skills and abilities), as well as the development of the qualities of endurance, strength, speed of movement, dexterity and flexibility. Physical exercises from various sports, exercises of a professionally applied orientation of health-improving systems of physical exercises are used. In the classroom, simulators and computer training systems can be used.

Practical educational material for a special educational department is developed by the departments of physical education, taking into account the indications and contraindications for each student. The educational material has a corrective and health-improving and prophylactic orientation. Its implementation requires an individually differentiated approach depending on the level of functional and physical fitness, the nature and severity of structural and functional disorders in the body caused by temporary or permanent pathological factors.

Students of the special educational department (including those who are engaged in groups of physical therapy and who are exempt from practical classes) in the first four semesters write essays related to the peculiarities of using physical culture means with their individual deviations in health.

Control section

Control lessons, tests, exams provide operational, current and final differentiated information on the degree of mastering theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills, on the state and dynamics of physical development, physical and professional-applied readiness of each student.

The criteria for the effectiveness of educational and training sessions are the requirements and indicators based on the use of physical activity not lower than a certain minimum - the regularity of attending compulsory classes; compulsory and additional tests developed by the Department of Physical Education for students of different educational groups in sports (elective courses and groups of the sports department), in professionally applied physical training, taking into account the specifics of training bachelors and specialists.

Operational control provides information on the progress of students in a specific section, type educational work... Current - allows you to assess the degree of mastering the section, topic, type of educational work. The final control (tests, exams) makes it possible to reveal the level of the student's physical culture formation and self-determination in it through a comprehensive test of knowledge, methodological and practical skills, characteristics of the student's general physical, sports and technical readiness, his psychophysical readiness for professional activity.

III. Distribution of academic hours for mastering the main sections of the curriculum

On the basis of the State educational standards of higher professional education in the curricula of universities in all areas and specialties of higher professional education in the cycle of general humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines, 408 hours are allocated for the discipline "Physical culture" in a compulsory course for the entire period of study with a final certification ...

To build the educational process, an approximate distribution of the required academic hours for mastering the three main sections of the program by years of study is proposed.

* Including 2 hours - the first organizational and methodological lesson with first-year students.

IY. Final control form

Assessment of the development of the educational material of the program

Students of all educational departments who have completed the working curriculum in each semester take a test in physical education. The condition for admission to crediting exercises is the regularity of attending classes, which provides physiologically and methodically justified increase in functional and motor readiness.

The criterion for the success of the mastering of the educational material by the student is the teacher's expert assessment of the regularity of attending compulsory training sessions and the results of the corresponding tests (see Tables 1 and 2). Each of the following three subsections will receive a separate grade. The overall grade for a semester is defined as the arithmetic mean of positive grades for all three sections of educational activity.

First subsection Theoretical and methodological knowledge, mastering methodological skills and abilities

The assimilation of the material of the section is determined by the level of mastery of theoretical and methodological knowledge, the corresponding practical skills and skills of their use for an assessment not lower than "satisfactory".

Second subsection. General physical and sports-technical training

In each semester, students perform no more than 5 tests, including three compulsory tests of control over physical fitness in every second half of the year (Table 1). Approximate tests for general physical readiness for students of educational departments are presented in Appendix 3. (Tests for sports and technical readiness and tables of their assessment are developed by the departments of physical education independently.)

The total assessment of the performance of tests of general physical and sports-technical readiness is determined by the average number of points scored in all tests, provided that each of them is completed by at least one point (table 1).

Third subsection. Vital skills and abilities. Applied physical training

The list of requirements and tests for each section, their assessment in glasses, are developed by the Department of Physical Education, taking into account the profile of bachelors and specialists.

Tests for the acquisition of vital skills (skiing and swimming) are required. Exercise scoring tables (see Appendix 3) can be used to evaluate tests.

In each semester, students take 2 - 3 tests for this section of preparation.
