Author's program for fc. Physical culture work program

Friends, today I will share with you my thoughts and advice on composing work program for physical culture ... There is a reason for this. The fact is that the Department of State Policy in the Sphere of General Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation sent a letter of information on the preparation of work programs of academic subjects dated 28.10.2015 No. 08-1786 "On the work programs of academic subjects"... In the "Bulletin of Education" No. 23, dated December 2015, this letter was published, signed by the Director of the Department A.V. Zyryanova. First, I will briefly disclose the content of this letter, and then I will offer you my sample work program. Because of ignorance of specific requirements, some teachers make significant mistakes when compiling it.

So, let's get acquainted with the main elements of the physical culture work program that we should have today (according to the letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard):

1) Explanatory note, which specifies the goals of general education, taking into account the specifics of the academic subject;

2) General characteristics of the subject;

3) Description of the place of the subject in the curriculum;

4) Personal, metasubject and subject results of mastering a specific academic subject;

6) Thematic planning with the definition of the main types of educational activities;

7) Description of educational, methodological and material and technical support of educational activities;

8) Planned results of studying the subject.

But in order to reduce the paperwork that we, pedagogical workers, suffer from, the Department has prepared amendments to federal state standards for general education in terms of requirements for work programs. Here is what should now be included in the content of work programs:

1) Planned subject results of mastering a specific academic subject.

3) Calendar-thematic planning with an indication of the number of hours for the development of each topic.

What does this mean for us? It is quite possible that from the new academic year items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 will be excluded from the work program. That is:

- explanatory note ...;

- general characteristics of the subject;

- a description of the place of the subject in the curriculum;

- personal, meta-subject and subject results ...;

- description of educational, methodological and material and technical support ...

It will be great! But let's go back to today and see an approximate example of drawing up a work program for physical education for classes in which federal state standard(today these are grades 1-6). In grades 7-11, the work programs are somewhat different from the "FGOS" ones.

I will make a reservation right away that in accordance with the Basic Educational Program Your school, which is approved by the order of the director of an educational institution, for a certain number and from a certain date, each educational institution has its own form of drawing up a work program for subjects. That is, there is no single established pattern for all educational institutions countries, but there are the same basic elements, which are mentioned above.

So I suggest structure for drawing up the Work program for physical culture:

Title page

It includes:

- the name of the educational institution,

- approved, agreed and reviewed by whom,

- document name and level,

- the number of hours per week and per year

- year of compilation of the program.

(Please note that the document is considered at the school of physical education teachers, agreed with the deputy director for OIA and approved by the director of the institution).

The proposed program for a physical education lesson consists of a set of basic modules, the development of which is aimed at increasing the role of physical education in the upbringing of modern schoolchildren and strengthening their health. Modules of the program in primary school (grades 1-4) I. Outdoor games. At this age, they are aimed at developing creativity, imagination, attention, fostering initiative, independence of action, developing the ability to comply with the rules of public order. Achieving these objectives depends to a large extent on skillful organization and adherence to methodological requirements to the conduct of games rather than their own content. 7 The variety of motional actions included in outdoor games has a complex effect on the improvement of coordination and conditioning abilities (abilities for reaction, orientation in space and in time, restructuring of motional actions, speed and speed-power abilities, etc.). At this age, the foundations are laid play activities , aimed at improving, first of all, natural movements (walking, running, jumping, throwing), elementary game skills (catching the ball, passing, throwing, hitting the ball) and technical and tactical interactions (choosing a place, interacting with a partner, a team and an opponent) , necessary for the further mastery of sports games in middle and senior classes. The program material on outdoor games is grouped according to their predominant effect on the corresponding motor abilities and skills. After mastering the basic version of the game, it is recommended to vary the conditions of the game, the number of participants, the inventory, the time of the game, etc. The system of exercises with large and small balls constitutes a kind of ball school. It is very important that every primary school student master this school. It is recommended to perform movements with the ball in approximately equal proportions for both arms and legs. II.
