Contrary to popular belief, UEFI is not part of the BIOS. It is more likely to be called a more advanced, but less popular competitor. There is a large number different versions, Each with its interfaces. However, management is similar to the usual Windows, so you can easily find the necessary options.

Windows settings
If at the BIOS level all ports and controllers are included, but USB ports do not work anyway, perhaps the problem in the settings of your Windows system.

First, try simply disable and connect the device again. This will cause verification of drivers. If something is wrong with them, Windows will try to reinstall them.

If nothing happens when reconnecting, try to enable the controller in windows registry. To do this, do the following:

Call the "Run" dialog using Win + R (either through "Start": in XP and 7-ke, clicking on it with the left mouse button, and in 8 and 10 versions - right mouse button). Overvail REGEDIT
Enter
regedit.
and click OK.
Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM CURRENTCONTROLSET SERVICES USBSTOR". RESTORR
Double-click on the "Start" entry to open the edit window.
Change the value to "3". For any other parameter values, USB ports will not work.
